Cancellations and Refunds

In order to hold your room, please make a booking on the retreat booking page. You have 7 days after booking to receive a full refund of the deposit, after which the deposit is nonrefundable. If you are partaking in the payment plan options, the total remaining balance for the retreat will be paid by July 10, 2026, to confirm your reservation. For any reservations made after July 10, 2026, the full balance will be due on booking.

In the event that you need to cancel your stay at the Greece retreat, we will issue a 50% refund before July 24, 2026. After that date, refunds cannot be issued. This is why travel insurance is mandatory – if you need to cancel, your travel insurance should cover the cost of your trip in the case of an emergency, illness, or other situations covered by your travel insurance.

If you opt for a refund that meets the guidelines listed above, the amount refunded will be the total refund amount minus the credit card transaction fee of 2.9% + 0.30 cents. For instance, on a $500 deposit refund, you will receive $485.20.
